45th Parallel Construction Management, Inc. (45cm) was formed in 2005 by Steve Steimel, PE and Brad Warren.  Steve and Brad are both lifelong residents of the Grand Traverse area.

Steve is a licensed structural engineer with thirteen years of design experience.  The engineering background has proven beneficial where it relates to construction.  Knowledge of the overall design process, preliminary construction estimating and bidding requirements has a direct correlation in terms of engineering and construction.  Steve has managed a wide range of construction projects in northern Michigan ranging in size from $100,000 to $7.5M.  Steve holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University.

Brad has twelve years of construction management experience, including five years as a subcontractor in the interior finishes industry.  The interior finishes background has been an asset to the company as it relates to initial project programming and accurate preliminary budget estimates.  Brad holds a degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University.
